Chocolate Moonshine has been known as America's Best Fudge since the early '80s.

Our fudge is made in the small-batch tradition, hand-stirred in copper kettles, and cooked over an open flame. This cooking method creates a silky smooth fudge recognized as America's finest.

We offer other tasty confections like chocolate-covered raisins, espresso beans, peanuts, gummy bears, Bourbon Black Cherries, and Blueberry Explosions,

Our Pecan explosions (turtles) begin with lightly salted roasted pecans and caramel and topped with the finest Belgian chocolate.

We have over 20 varieties of "Moonshine Bars," our version of a truffle bar. Each unique truffle is painted with colored cocoa butter and has a silky smooth shell with a soft ganache center. They are always made with Belgian Chocolate and Local Cream.
